Rental Prices for House Koliba beM

The rental rates vary depending on the season. Koliba beM can be rented with up to 4 persons, in exceptional cases also with 5-6 persons. Below is an orientation for each season. The rental fee includes a one-time cleaning fee of 80 EUR.

The rental price includes bed linen and towels. Likewise the use of the two-seat kayak and the bicycles (2 mountain bikes).
Rental Conditions
Rental property Koliba beM
The rent includes all additional costs for electricity, water and waste disposal. Sheets and set of 2 towels included. As security for provided furnishings and equipment, a security deposit of - see deposit. The deposit will be refunded no later than 14 days after the end of the holiday by the landlord.
Deposit 500 €
Payment: Deposit of 50% of the total price upon conclusion of the contract, balance due no later than 14 days before arrival.
Key collection: The key is deposited in the key box, which is located in front of the property. Upon receipt of the full payment we will inform you of the code number for the combination lock.
Validity of the offer: The rental is based on the attached general rental conditions, the contents of which are known to the tenant upon conclusion of the contract and whose validity he agrees.
