House #1 - Our Koliba beM


Koliba beM is a special house on the Ada Bojana. It was completed as an architect house after a phase of very professional planning & construction, with great attention to detail. The materials are very high quality and also meet demanding Central European standards. There was a lot of emphasis on ecological construction and nature. So comes Koliba beM e.g. without the usual air conditioning. This is possible due to a high-quality thermal insulation, which is not found elsewhere in houses of this type. In addition, almost exclusively natural, unsealed materials were used in Koliba beM. Nevertheless, there is no lack of daily amenities with all the necessary equipment such as dishwasher, washing machine, WIFI, etc. Only a TV will searched by our guests in vain.

Equipment of the house: 100 square meters of living space in ground / upper floor and 50 square meters terrace, south-facing directly on the water. 350 square meters of garden in the north.

  • Upper floor: bedroom with double bed 160 cm, large panoramic window to the river, south exposure
  • Upper floor: guest room with 2 single beds 100 cm and balcony, north facing the garden
